Return & Refund Policy

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn, washed, damaged, or used.

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the package from the courier company, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all courier/shipping costs and a fee equal to 20% of the total order value to cover handling, processing, and restocking expenses.

Return & Non-Delivery Policy

If an order is not received by the customer and is returned to us by the courier company, the customer is responsible for the courier/shipping fees plus 20% of the order amount for processing and restocking costs.
